the hotel room was spacious and clean it had plenty of room for luggage. the reception staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. the hotel is close to both umeda station and nakatsu station making travel easy. i found the breakfast set to be good with a variety of options.
the hotel has a faint odor near the entrance to one of the restaurants i noticed it each day.

The hotel proved difficult to locate. It lacked clear markings. I arrived before the official check-in time, yet staff insisted I wait. The pillows felt uncomfortable. One was hard, the other too soft.

Heavenly Escape

The staff greeted us warmly and escorted us to our room. Our luggage was already there, I found it a thoughtful touch. The view from our room on level 27 was amazing, it stretched far without any obstructions. I requested the staff to remove the chargeable drinks, they kindly accommodated this request and I appreciated it.
The hotel breakfast selection wasn't great. It lacked variety and did not offer a buffet option, I found this inconvenient.

The gym features updated equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes, giving guests the chance to maintain their workout. The pool area features comfortable loungers where you can relax. a shaded area.
